1. As most of Maine Coon breeders we do not allow unsecured outdoor-going for our Maine Coons. This goes for pets too! (Maine Coons' hunting-wish is too extreme, so that earlier or later they would not come back anymore to you.)

2. We do not allow cats living as single pets for their whole lifetime. (Maine Coons do urgently need another cat(s) to live with, it also may just be a "normal" housecat, or any other race).

3. We do not allow pet-cats to stay fertile longer than 8 months old. (Maine Coons who are not neutered in time but are hold as pets, will get under big stress and very unsatisfied on longer terms. It is NOT "natural" to let them fertile when you are no breeder. Please also note that it is absolutely forbidden for every race-cat to be mated with any other cat without being a registered breeder, or being mated with another race of cats.)

4. All our kittens - also all pet kittens - get a lot of auxiliary services on the way in their new home: these are detailed descripted on our site "About us" - written in the lower part of the site.

5. Transportation: if you live in a foreign country to Austria, you eventually can ask about a shipping of the kitten by plain alone (cargo): but this we accept only if there would exist a DIRECT flight to your home without changing planes and not lasting more than 6 hours. Shipping costs are NOT included in the sales-price. Important: all risks for the cat, and costs of the transport and during the transport, as well as after, have to be taken by the BUYER.

If there is no cargo-flight acceptable or existant you'd have to come personnally to Vienna and pick up your kitten. Pls be aware that all costs and risks for all different ways of transport of the kitten have to be taken over by the BUYER of the kitten! (Starting from our home in Austria/Vienna). We as the breeder can not take any responsibility about any kind of travelling of the kitten as travelling means the biggest stress for every cat, pls be aware of that - pls also look to point 10.

6. Our prices are different for each mating, and they are all according to the quality of the kittens. Prices are not negotiable, not for breeding-cats and not for pet-cats.

7. As we have very strong demand it is necessary to contact us as in good time, in case you are interested seriously. Best would be long before the babies are born. Sometimes we can offer fixed pre-reservations before a mating has taken place, but just a limited number of maximum 6 reservations per mating, and only against deposit. Pls note that a reservation can only be made for ONE mating and not "for all"; and only EITHER for a girl, or EITHER for boy -but never for "both"!)

Pls note that deposits are NOT refunded, but can be used eventually for another available reservations-place of one of our future matings - in the one case when there is no pre-reserved kitten choosed with latest nine weeks old; in no other case: but pls always be aware that our kittens-prices are DIFFERENT along matings and development, as every mating and kitten has its own specialities! A given kitten-price is only valid for the ONE choosed kitten, of the ONE choosed mating, in the wanted colour. But NEVER for "....all of our kittens" or "....all of our matings"! Pls be aware of that BEFORE making a fixed reservation for a kitten, thank you.

8. Important information: if a kitten which is older than 9 weeks is reserved, OR if the decision for ONE of the kittens has been already made (normally with about 9 weeks old), the deposit has to be paid immediately for the fixed-reservation, plus the full sales-price has to be transferred latest until kittens 13 weeks old: the contract is fully valid. Any later change of mind of the buyer towards another kitten or mating, or against the choosed reserved kitten, is not possible anymore - the paid deposits and sales-price can NOT be returned anymore. The kitten must be picked up at the fixed time from our home. Place of jurisdiction, as well as costs and risks are from the home of our cattery / Austria.

9. Picking up your kitten: pls. note: when you have bought a kitten and want to come to us by yourself to pick it up it is absolutely necessary that you are totally sound: that means: if you should have any kind of a cold at that time pls note that you can NOT come to visit us, and NOT come to pick up your bought kitten: why: it is much too dangerous that you may infect us. In that case it is absolutely necessary that you fix another - later - date with us to get your kitten - minimum two weeks after your cold. Thank you very much for your understanding.

10: IMPORTANT: all kittens must be principally picked up from our home in Austria. All further risks and costs of travelling or travelling-dangers are upon the BUYER ! Pls be aware that buying a kitten is different than "buying a chair or table": a kitten is a life-animal, and reacts therefore on every kind of stress and changes: travelling is the biggest stress-factor for every cat, and can even cause directly (letal) diseases like FIP: (FIP is a virus-MUTATION that may start in EVERY healthy cat: but only by big stress. FIP is not "..somewhere outside", FIP can not be "...in a cattery", it can not be "...from another cat"! FIP is created newly (!) by a totally-healty (!) cat INSIDE, but only when this cat had a lot of stress. There is no "fear" about FIP necessary because nobody can do anything against it, and nobody can avoid it: the only what everybody who has a cat can avoid is: stress for the cat. Around 10 % of all cats may create the FIP-virus when they have stress, that means: not all cats. Who and who not can NOT be tested or seen before, as before ALL cats are totally healthy. Every breeder knows about and can explain all details.)
